Cancellation policy

Subscription Policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you have chosen a pre-paid subscription, for which you will not be charged again until the duration is set to renew. 

Shipments within a pre-paid subscription plan's current paid duration are unable to be skipped, changed, or canceled, but you will be able to cancel any following durations of the subscription before you are charged for them by logging into your account.

For example, if you have a Monthly Subscription (3 Months Prepaid) plan, you will be unable to skip, change, or cancel the three monthly deliveries for which you have already paid, but you will be notified before and be able to cancel any further Monthly Subscription (3 Months Prepaid) plan orders/payments.

Pay-as-you-go subscriptions can be skipped, paused, or canceled at any time by logging in to your account. Your order confirmation emails also have links to your order and your account where you can manage your subscriptions.

All subscription plans will receive notification one week and one day before being charged for renewals.

Shipping Policy for Subscriptions
Depending on the frequency of your subscription plan, orders may fall on Saturdays or Sundays, when we are unable to fulfill and ship orders. In this case, your order may ship on the Friday before or the Monday following your subscription order's automatic renewal date in order to get your coffee delivered to you as close to the renewal date as possible, and within our roasting schedule's capacity.
